We've organized our FAQs into categories for your convenience. Simply click on a question to reveal its answer. If you can't find what you're looking for, don't hesitate to Contact Us. We're always ready to help make your experience as sweet and seamless as possible.

That depends on what you are ordering and where it is being delivered.  While we can deliver a half dozen cupcakes 10 minutes down the road, we can't deliver such a small order half way across the country.  The best option is to get in touch and let us know what you need and we will see if it is something that we can do for you.

Yes we do.  Larger orders can be delivered free, but we may have to charge for smaller orders depending on how far we need to drive them.  Let us know what you want to order and where it needs to be delivered and we can let you know if there will be a delivery charge and how much it will be.  Regardless of order size, we do request transport costs for all islands not connected by bridge or if we need to cross Storebælt.  We can, of course, meet half way should that be convenient.

Sometimes a cake emergency happens and you need cake RIGHT NOW.  We understand.  Normally we would ask for at least 36 hours between ordering and delivery (order some time Monday for cakes to be delivered on Wednesday) but this does depend on what cake you want, how many and when and where you want it delivered and, of course, how busy we are.  Some of our cakes can be made from start to finish in a little over an hour, some need to rest overnight.  Let us know what you want to order and when and where it needs to be delivered and we will let you know if we can help.

We are always trying new things and learning new recipes.  We will usually only list recipes we feel we have perfected, but if you have something specific in mind, feel free to get in touch.  It could be that the cake you want is the one we are experimenting with right now.

Each cake description includes a list of ingredients that are common in allergies.  If you have any concerns regarding allergies, please let us know and we can tell you if your allergy is one of the ingredients.

Please note that our kitchen is NOT nut free.  Although it will be mentioned in the description if the cake includes nuts, and we do, of course, try to do everything we can to avoid contamination, we cannot guarantee our cakes as 100% free of all traces of nuts.
